Arrival of the General Secretary of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Samuel Gyau Obuobi
The arrival of the General Secretary of The Church of Pentecost, Apostle Samuel Gyau Obuobi, and his wife, Mrs. Juliana Korkor Obuobi, in the United States sparked a nostalgic moment, as this marks his first official visit to The Church of Pentecost USA Inc.
Apostle Obuobi and his wife were delegated by the Chairman of the Church, Apostle Dr. Eric Nyamekye, to officiate the retirement service in honor of Apostle Dr. John Kwame Appiah, Ohio Area Head, and his family, who have dedicated 23 years to full-time ministry. The service is scheduled for Sunday, September 21, 2025, in Columbus, Ohio.
The General Secretary and his wife were warmly received by Apostle Seth Samuel Asante (National Head, COP USA Inc.), Apostle John Kudolf Ansah (National Secretary and New Jersey Area Head), Apostle Foday Kaba Dumbuya (President, Pentecost Biblical Seminary), Apostle Dr. Frank Asirifi (Evangelism Director, COP USA Inc.), Pastor Ernest Adu-Gyamfi (National Administrative Manager, COP USA Inc.), Pastor Samuel Morgan (IT Director and e-Church Pastor, COP USA Inc.), Pastor Dr. Henry Asante Ghansah (Executive Assistant to the President of PBS), Pastor Dr. Martin Nyanzu (Dean of Students, PBS), Pastor Prince Adjei (Perth Amboy District Minister), and Elder Robert Nyarko (Finance and Administrative Director, COP USA Inc.).
